  1. Job environment has a significant effect on productivity of workers that there is a great correction between workplace and psychological side of employees. Moreover, the measurement of job-satisfaction is by identifying differences between what they desire and what they found.

    1. Work environment has a significant effect on productivity of workers. There is a great correlation between the workplace and employees’ well-being. Peoples’ attitudes toward their professions are controlled by many factors including [physical, regulatory?? and human?? sides of organization < -- rephrase this].

This last sentence doesn’t answer the second question –> Moreover, the measurement of job-satisfaction is by identifying differences between what they desire and what they found.

You can replace this with –> I believe it’s unrealistic for everyone to be completely satisfied with their jobs at all times.

  2. Since the majority of our life time during adulthood phase will be spent on our career, there is no doubt that the more pleasure work atmosphere, the better health status the employee will have. There are multiple elements that have a significant role in creating the occupational fulfilment, they might include: salary, time flexibility, employer personality and the general work patterns. Unfortunately, no one can deny that many workers are anticipating more than what they will face in their real job.
